Difficulties during the payment process can have many causes. In the case of a technical issue, we recommend the following:

  • Make sure you are playing the latest version of the game.
  • Make sure the desired payment method is set up correctly on your device (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card, etc.)
  • Make sure your mobile internet connection is strong and stable
  • Use a Wi-Fi connection instead of a mobile connection
  • Avoid any physical objects that might interfere with a wireless connection e.g. walls or anything placed between the router and your device
  • Check that other devices connected to your Wi-Fi or network are not currently in the process of doing any data-intensive activities, e.g. streaming or downloading
  • Force close the app
  • Restart your router
