It may be that you experienced a slight delay between the time you completed your purchase and the time which it is credited to your balance in the app.
If your chip or energy balance isn't updated after a few hours, please contact the Facebook support team. Click on "Report/Contact" at the bottom right > "I'm having a payments issue".
