3 – I no longer have the purchase confirmation email from Google or Apple. What can I do?

If you have an Android device, complete the following to find your purchase history and order numbers:

Go to payments.google.com
Find “Other purchase activity”
Select “View purchases”
Select an order to see your receipt
Take a screenshot of your receipt and send this to us via the in-app support (ensure the transaction ID is clearly shown, ie. GPA.1334-8744-7702-24765)

If you have an iOS device, complete the following to find your purchase history and order numbers:

Open the following link in your browser: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Log in with your Apple ID
Select “Invoices” and search for your purchase
Choose “Invoice” on the right, take a screenshot and send this to us via the in-app support (ensure the transaction ID is clearly shown, ie. MNHTJL1W0P)
