1. Tap on the menu (three lines) at the top right.

2. Select “Help”, “Customer Service” and then tap on the chat icon at the top right.

3. Enter your question (and screenshot if necessary by tapping on the attachment icon at the top right).

4. Tap on the send icon at the top right to submit your question.
