The following technical tips should help improve your experience:
 
1. Force close the app, restart your router, reconnect and then open the app
2. Ensure you are close to the router and your signal is stable
3. Ensure that nobody else on the network is using data intensive programs at the same time, ie. streaming services 
4. Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the app
5. Try connecting to a WiFi network rather than cellular internet (ie. 3G)
