In our experience, some players often have two accounts without realizing it: a 'Guest' account, which is created when you first open the app, and a 'Facebook' account, which is created when you connect the app to your Facebook profile. 

In some situations, you may be signed in with the wrong account. To check this follow these steps:

- tap on the button with the three bars in the top right hand corner

- go to 'Settings'

- tap on 'Log out'

You will then see a screen with two options: sign in with Facebook, or sign in as a guest. You can then sign in to both accounts to check whether your chips are on the other account.
