It may be that you experienced a slight delay between the time you completed your purchase and the time which it is credited to your balance in the app.
If your chip or energy balance isn't updated after a few hours, please contact our in-app customer service team with your transaction ID. The easiest way is to send us a screenshot of your Google Play Store or Apple iTunes receipt (which you received via email).
