You may receive a pack containing stickers you already own. These are called duplicates. To find your duplicate stickers, go to your Collections overview and tap on "Duplicates".

 

Duplicate stickers are added to your duplicate collection. Once you have collected enough duplicate stickers, you can exchange them for a new pack which may help you complete one of your chapters or your entire album.
