To transfer your account to another or a new device, you must first back it up. You can find all the information about this in our article ‘Secure your account’ 🤓.

❗IMPORTANT: Never reset your old device before you have backed up your account.

If you have already backed up your account with one of our services ( Facebook, Apple or Google), you can use it when you log in on your new device and your account should be transferred to the new device. 😊

If you have already logged in as a ‘guest’ on your new device, you can transfer your account by tapping on the three small lines next to your account balance in the top right-hand corner and then opening your settings.

Now you can log in with one or more services at the top right to transfer your account and your progress. You should be able to choose which account you want to use on the device. Note: The ‘old’ account must already be secured. 👍

If you want to transfer your account from an Android device to an Apple device (or vice versa), Facebook MUST be used to back up the account. If you do not have a Facebook account, please contact our customer support.
