We understand that technical issues can occasionally interrupt your game.

If a game disconnects due to a server issue, don't worry 😀, your lost chips will be automatically refunded within 48 hours. Note that chips lost as a result of a phone call are also automatically refunded.
 
If you're experiencing interruptions that are not related to our server, we recommend that you first consult our technical tips FAQ for help with connection issues. You can then contact our Customer Support for a refund request. Our team can then analyze your gaming activity and provide you with a response. You'll find how to contact our team at the end of this FAQ.

Please note that refunds aren’t possible in the following situations:

  • Voluntary interruption: when you choose to leave the game.
  • Involuntary interruption when an opponent is leading: when the game was interrupted and your opponent was in the lead.
  • AI or Guest players: when you are unwilling to have a Guest or AI in the game.
  • Partner’s skills insufficient: when you believe that your partner's skills affected the game.

If you lost chips and none of the reasons mentioned above have influenced this loss, here's what to do:

  1.  Click the “bubble” at the top-right of this FAQ page to open the contact form.
  2. Provide the date and time you played the game.
  3. Describe the problem you encountered.
  4. Click “Send.”
