You may receive a pack containing stickers you already own. These are called duplicates. To find your duplicate stickers, go to your collection overview and tap on "Duplicates".

Duplicate stickers are added to your duplicate collection. Once you have collected enough duplicate stickers, you can exchange them for a new pack, which may help you complete one of your collections or your entire album.

The number of duplicates in your collections is random and depends on the stickers you have. The more chapters you complete, the more duplicates you receive. If missing stickers are rare, play on advanced tables to increase chances.
