Our app is a live game. You play against other players online. For this reason, players must have an uninterrupted, stable Internet connection to play.

Many factors can influence a stable internet connection and can lead to disruptions, we therefore recommend trying the following in case you experience technical issues:

  • Ensure the latest version of the app is installed
  • Play using a Wi-Fi connection (rather than a mobile connection)
  • Avoid having large objects, e.g. walls, between the router and your device
  • Ensure other people using the WiFi connection are not doing bandwidth-intensive activities (e.g. streaming/downloading)
  • Force close the app
  • Restart the router
