If you encounter a technical issue during the tournament, please contact our Customer Service team directly.
To contact our team, you can follow these steps:
- tap on the Settings icon (three lines) at the top right of the screen,
- then tap on the "Support" button,
- write your message explaining in a few words what the issue was
- and send by clicking on the "blue arrow" icon.
After looking into the situation, our team will be able to provide you with an answer.
Please note:
- If you manually abort a game, our Customer Service will not reset this game or grant you a refund.
- Once you pay an entry fee to the tournaments, you have until the end of the tournament to play your games. Once the tournament is over, you lose access to the games you did not play and will not get a refund.
- Our Customer Service can not reset a game if you decide to restart/rebuy the tournaments.
