  • Temporary or permanent block of account
  • Deactivation of automatic refunds
  • Deduction of in-game currency
  • Temporary or permanent muting or deactivation of in-game emojis
  • Rejection of Customer Service issues without an answer
  • Editing of in-game content such as player name or club name
  • We also reserve the right to take legal action against the player.
