You may receive a pack containing stamps you already own. These are called duplicates. To find your duplicate, go to your collection overview and tap on "Duplicates".

 

Duplicate stamps are added to your duplicate collection and are converted into duplicate points. Once you have collected enough duplicate points, you can exchange them for a new pack which may help you complete one of your collections or your entire album.
