You may receive a pack containing stamps you already own. These are called duplicates. To find your duplicate stamps, go to your collection overview and tap on "Duplicates".

 

Duplicate stamps are added to your duplicate collection. Once you have collected enough duplicate stamps, you can exchange them for a new pack which may help you complete one of your collections or your entire album.
