Difficulties during the payment process can have many causes. In the case of a technical issue, we recommend the following:
- Check you are playing the most up-to-date version of the game
- Ensure that the desired payment method is set up correctly on your device (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit Card, etc.)
- Make sure that your mobile internet connection is strong and stable
- Use a WiFi connection instead of mobile data
- Avoid any physical objects which might interfere with a wireless connection e.g. walls or anything placed between the router and your device
- Check that other connected devices on your WiFi or network are not currently in the process of doing any intensive activities, e.g. streaming or downloading
- Force close the app
- Restart your router
