Eligibility: The Promotion is free to enter and open to all individuals who are legal residents of France, and, at the time of their participation, have reached the legal age of their individual residence (“you”). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally eligible to enter the Promotion under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or otherwise. The employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is void outside the region mentioned above, and where otherwise prohibited by applicable federal, state, provincial, or local laws, rules, or regulations.

 

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, you need to answer the question asked on the Fan page Belote.com on Facebook, during the duration of the Promotion, from Friday the 13th to the following Monday (noon). If you fail to adhere to the Official Rules or any other requirements, your participation will be considered void.

 

Agreement to Official Rules: Whether or not you receive a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules or elsewhere and being randomly chosen as a winner (“Winner”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. The Belote.com Team determines if you meet the requirements and otherwise comply with the Official Rules.

General Conditions: If you are a Winner, your winnings will be automatically credited to your Belote.com player account, connected via Facebook. If you use fraudulent methods, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the Promotion, you will be disqualified. The Belote.com Team reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at any time, if it is determined that the Promotion cannot be run as originally planned or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

Choice of Law: The Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. Any and all disputes or claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. You hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim or be awarded any punitive, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (ii) to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
