Belote.com attaches great importance to fair play in competitions. This is why we warn and/or block players who deliberately interfere with the smooth running of the game by using unfair techniques such as:

- announcing unrealistic contracts,

- calling certain cards,

- communicating with partners in an unfair way to influence results (Coinche).

If you suspect that any player is using such unfair behavior, you can contact our Customer Support directly. Please include the following information:

- date and time of the game

- type of game played (variant)

Our team can review the full course of the game (each game, contract, and meld) and is therefore able to take necessary measures, i.e. sending a preliminary warning with a yellow card
warning, or sending a second red card warning. This is dependent upon the severity and frequency of their actions.
