Please note that while all login methods work, Facebook offers a smoother and more complete experience within the Belote.com application. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you use Facebook to back up your account.

However, despite the good integration of Facebook, problems can sometimes occur, especially after updates or changes to their privacy settings.

For example, you may notice:
❌ the disappearance of your profile photo,
❌ an incomplete or inaccessible friends list,
❌ inability to access the "Gifts between friends" feature,
❌ an incorrect chip balance

But don't panic! There's a simple solution: update your Facebook permissions! 🤩

To do so, please follow these instructions:

📱from a mobile device (phone or tablet): open your Facebook application, then:

1) Click on the menu (your profile picture in the bottom right-hand corner on iOS or top right-hand corner on Android),
2) Click on the settings icon at the top right,
3) Scroll down until you reach the ‘Your activity and permissions’ section,
4) Click on ‘Use of information for Facebook experiences’,
5) Click on ‘Update’ (next to ‘Gaming’),
6) Click on the blue ‘Start’ button,
7) Choose ‘Social gaming’ and click ‘Next’,
8) Click on ‘Confirm’.

OR

💻 from a computer:

1) Click on the following link: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=consent_settings,
2) Click on ‘Update’ (next to ‘Gaming’),
3) Click on the blue ‘Start’ button,
4) Choose ‘Social gaming’ and click ‘Next’,
5) Click on ‘Confirm’.

⚠️ Still not working? Try the login-logout method!

1) Go to Settings in the Belote.com application, by clicking on the gear icon ⚙️ at the bottom right of the home screen,
2) Press the blue "Log out" button,
3) Connect again by tapping the Facebook connection option.
