This promotion (hereinafter “Promotion”) is organised by GameDuell GmbH, Taubenstr. 24-25,10117 Berlin, Germany (hereinafter “Belote Team”).

Eligibility: The Promotion is free to enter and open to all individuals who are legal residents of France, and, at the time of their participation, have reached the legal age of their individual residence (“you”). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally eligible to enter the Promotion under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or otherwise. The employees, officers and directors of the Organizer as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion is void outside the Region, and where otherwise prohibited by applicable federal, state, provincial or local laws, rules or regulations.

 

 

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, you must tell us a "Belote anecdote" and send it to us via the private messaging of the Fan page. If you fail to adhere to the Official Rules or any other requirements, your participation will be considered void.

 

 

Agreement to Official Rules: Whether or not you receive a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules or elsewhere and being chosen as a winner (“Winner”) by the Belote Team. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

The Belote Team determines if you meet the requirements and otherwise comply with the Official Rules.

 

 

Your Representations and Warranties: By entering the Promotion, you represent and warrant that your comment/story/anecdote will not be offensive, harassing, blasphemous, pornographic, defamatory, obscene, inappropriate, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.

 

 

Rights of Use: You grant us the right to publish your comment/story/anecdote on our Facebook page and our Instagram account (via photo, video or reproduction of the text) in the event that you are selected as the winner. In addition, you guarantee us that you are the owner of your comment/story/anecdote.

 

 

Prizes: The Organizer will provide the Prize(s) to be awarded for a particular Promotion. No substitution of a Prize will be made unless the Organizer, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. A Prize must be accepted as awarded, and the odds of winning are dependant upon the total number of eligible participants in the Promotion. A Prize is personal to the Winner and is non-transferable. Each Winner is responsible for all taxe sand fees associated with receipt of the Prize. In order to obtain a copy of the names of the Winners, send us a request by post with a stamped envelope to your address at: GameDuell GmbH, Taubenstr. 24-25, 10.117 Berlin, Germany. These requests must be received by December 31, 2023.

 

 

General Conditions: If you take part in the Promotion by sending your photo to the Belote.com team, you agree that your names, if you are one of the winners, will be posted on the Belote.com Fan Page when the results of the Promotion are announced.

 

If you use fraudulent methods, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the Promotion, you will be disqualified.

 

The Belote Team reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time, if it is determined that the Promotion cannot be run as originally planned or if fraud or any other occurrence comprises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

Choice of Law: The Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. Any and all disputes or claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. You hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim or be awarded any punitive, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (ii) to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
