Eligibility: The Promotion is free to enter and open to all individuals who are legal residents of France, and, at the time of their participation, have reached the legal age of their individual residence (“you”). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally eligible to enter the Promotion under any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or otherwise. The employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. How to Enter: Every week during the month of August 2025, every Monday, answer the clue available in the post on the Fan Page. Each Monday, we will reveal one clue and sort 5 participants around those who have the correct answer. To participate in the Promotion, you must comment under the post every Monday in August.  If you fail to comply with the Official Rules or any other requirements, your entry will be deemed void. Winners will be announced every Tuesday at 9 p.m.

 

 

Agreement to Official Rules: Whether or not you receive a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules or elsewhere and being chosen as a winner (“Winner”) by the Belote Team. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

The Belote.com Team determines whether you meet the conditions and otherwise comply with the Official Rules. The winners will be selected by the Belote.com team: the winners will be selected and announced on the Fan page on Friday, September 1, 2023.

A Prize must be accepted as awarded, and the odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible participants in the Promotion. A Prize is personal to the Winner and is non-transferable. Each Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt of the Prize. In order to obtain a copy of the names of the Winners, send us a request by post with a stamped envelope to your address at GameDuell GmbH, Taubenstr. 24-25, 10.117 Berlin, Germany. These requests must be received by October 1st, 2023.

 

 

General Conditions: If you take part in the Promotion by sending your photo to the Belote.com team, you agree that your name, if you are one of the winners, will be posted on the Belote.com Fan Page when the results of the Promotion are announced.

 

If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to manipulate the Promotion, you will be disqualified.

 

The Belote Team reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time if it is determined that the Promotion cannot be run as originally planned or if fraud or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

Choice of Law: The Promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. Any and all disputes or claims arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees. You hereby waive all rights to: (i) claim or be awarded any punitive, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (ii) to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
