If a pack contains a sticker you already have, that sticker is added to your duplicates. To find your duplicates, simply go to your collection overview and tap on "Duplicates" in the top right.

 

These duplicates cumulate and once you have collected enough, the progress bar will show as completed and you can exchange them for a new pack which may allow you to complete your chapter and / or your album.

 

Once the pack appears in the middle of the screen, you will have the choice to:

• store the pack in your collection to open it later,

• open it immediately. The stickers will appear on the screen and the new ones will go into their respective collection and the duplicates will be added to the duplicate bar.
  To go back to the main collections screen, you simply need to click on the red cross in the upper right corner of the duplicate screen.
