If you encounter a technical issue during the tournament, please contact our Customer Service team directly.

To contact our team, you can follow these steps:

  • Open the contact form by clicking on the bubble at the top right of this FAQ.

  • Give the date and time of the game that encountered the issue.

  • Explain in a few words what the issue was.

  • Click on “send”.

After analysing the situation, our team will be able to reset the affected game(s) in order for you to play them again.

Please note:

  • If you manually abort a game, our Customer Service will not reset this game.

  • Once you pay an entry fee to the World Cup, you have until the end of the tournament to play your 5 games. Once the tournament is over, you lose access to the games you did not play and will not get a refund.

  • Our Customer Service can not reset a game if you decide to restart and pay the 1500 chips fee again.
