If you encounter a technical issue during the tournament, please contact our Customer Service team directly.
To contact our team, you can follow these steps:
Open the contact form by clicking on the bubble at the top right of this FAQ.
Give the date and time of the game that encountered the issue.
Explain in a few words what the issue was.
Click on “send”.
After analysing the situation, our team will be able to reset the affected game(s) in order for you to play them again.
Please note:
If you manually abort a game, our Customer Service will not reset this game.
Once you pay an entry fee to the World Cup, you have until the end of the tournament to play your 5 games. Once the tournament is over, you lose access to the games you did not play and will not get a refund.
Our Customer Service can not reset a game if you decide to restart and pay the 1500 chips fee again.
