To deliver the best possible gaming experience, we aim to provide you with a stable experience while you play. However, on some occasions, your entry may be incorrectly deducted.
In some circumstances, such as a disconnection by our server, you may receive an automated refund. In others (as listed below), a refund of your entry is not possible:
- Voluntary interruption
- Involuntary interruption when an opponent is leading
- Inclusion of AI or Guest players
- Partner’s skills insufficient
In case a game is disconnected due to a technical problem or due to a server-related problem, the chips you lost will be automatically refunded to your account within 48 hours. Note, chips that are lost due to phone calls are also automatically refunded.
Finally, should you encounter interruptions that are not server-related, we recommend reviewing the technical tips for your device and our "Connection indicator" FAQ for further information on connection-related issues.
