What happens when any of these principles are broken?

Using inappropriate remarks while contacting us will result in a warning. Any action taken will depend on the severity of remarks or actions and can vary from an initial warning to a complete ban. Should you continue to contact Customer Support using remarks that violate any of the above points, our team may ban you from the application completely. Therefore, you will not be able to continue playing with real players online.
