If our application can't connect to your network, it may be due to the following reasons. Please check these steps:
1) Check your browser
- Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Opera).
- Outdated versions or "restricted browsers" (e.g., in corporate environments) may block WebSockets.
2) Reload the page
- Press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to clear the cache and completely reload the page.
3) Firewall / Proxy
- Some corporate firewalls or proxies block WebSockets.
- If you are on a corporate network, ask your IT department to open the following ports:
- 443 (HTTPS) – WebSockets are usually encrypted over this standard port.
- Also check if a "transparent proxy" or VPN is interfering with the connection.
4) Browser-Plugins / Add-ons
- Ad blockers, script blockers, or security add-ons can interfere with WebSockets.
- Test by launching in "private/incognito mode" or disabling the extensions.
5) Try a different network
- Test the site on a different Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- If it works there, it's most likely due to the firewall or network settings of your usual network.
6) VPN / Security Software
- Some VPN clients or antivirus programs block WebSocket connections.
- Test by disabling them or adding an exception.
7) Contact Support
- If none of these help, please contact our support team.
- Please let us know:
- Which browser and version you are using
- Whether you are on a work or home network
- Whether errors also occur on a different network
