8 - I no longer have the purchase confirmation email from Apple. What can I do?

Please complete the following to find your purchase history and order numbers:

Open the following link in your browser: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
Log in with your Apple ID
Select “Invoices” and search for your purchase
Choose “Invoice” on the right, take a screenshot and send this to us via the in-app support (ensure the transaction ID is clearly shown, ie. MNHTJL1W0P)
