If you were previously using the Facebook or Apple Connect features, your progress is saved and can be restored by connecting via the same Facebook or Apple account.

If you didn’t log in to your missing account via Facebook or Apple, please contact us via the Feedback button on the homescreen, the Contact Us button in the top-right of the FAQs, or by sending an e-mail to contact@grandginrummy.com. Please also be sure to provide us with as much of the following information as possible about your lost account and we will attempt to locate your account so that you can use it again:
  • Your approximate chip and gem balances
  • Your approximate XP level
  • Your league division
  • The make and model of the phone you were using for that account 
  • If you had joined or created a club, the club name
  • In case you had previously played our original Grand Gin Rummy app and migrated your account to this app, your Player ID from the original app
