In the majority of cases, the chips are refunded automatically after a connection problem occurs. On rare occasions, the refund could take a few minutes.

If your chips are not refunded after this time, please get in touch with our Customer Service team via your mobile device (tablet or smartphone) via the Belote.com game simply by clicking on the gear icon ⚙ at the bottom-right of the game and selecting “Help”.
